With a size comparable to a Magna-Doodle, the GloDoodle is compact and easy to transport -- ideal for a long car ride. The mechanism behind the drawing pad is simple. Its screen is a tightly-pulled plastic sheet, which indents when in is touched. When the pad's LED light is switched on, it reflects off of these indentations and creates color. The screen is very sensitive, and even a gentle brush of the finger will show up in beautifully-colored light. The drawings also glow in the dark, allowing your child to doodle at night, too.
When they are done drawing, your kids can erase their creations with the push of the "magic erase" button. The button pulls the screen taut, erasing any indentation. It works, but it is sometimes difficult to push in all the way, so small children may have trouble erasing their pictures completely.

As a visual arts tool, the GloDoodle is surprisingly versatile. It features three different colors of light (red, yellow and green) and can simulate both drawing and painting. Kids can use the included stylus to make fine, pencil-like drawings. Or, they can smudge the screen with their fingers for a smooth, paintbrush effect. This is an excellent, innovative doodling board that toddlers and kids love, and will give them long periods of uninterrupted fun! It lights up brightly, and one has the choice of 3 colors, although one at a time. You can use the included thin stylus pen, or your fingers for ‘thicker brushstrokes’. Our 4 year old even kissed the board, and her lips imprint showed! Incidentally, it runs on 3 ‘AA’ batteries. This is quite possibly the BEST doodle board on the market!

LOVE IT!
GloDoodle is such a fun and easy to use toy. My whole family loves to draw and trace with it. We use it to practice shapes and drawing lines, and even our signatures! It’s also great to take in the car for quick and long trips, and we totally plan on taking it to Gatlinburg with us this September! It will not only help the car ride be smoother, but will come in handy if we have a rainy day and are stuck in cabin.
GloDoodle is sturdy! We’ve dropped it off the sofa plenty of times and it still works great!
I love that you can draw with your finger too! That is AWESOME!

My son got this toy for his third birthday. Not only were he and his 18 month old sister fighting over who got to play with it next, my husband and I wanted turns, too. Besides drawing on it, which looks amazing, we write words on the board for my son to practice reading on, which is more motivating for him than, say, flash cards. It’s a little tricky to erase the bottom of the board – you need to push the erase button on top and press on the screen at te bottom at the same time, but once we figured this out, no problem. The whole family really loves this toy.

i got this for my grandaughter she is 8 years old she loves it takes it on the school bus every day to use it she is on the bus for an hour in the a.m and p.m keeps her ocupied

Gloodoodle is an amazingly fun toy! I have 2 kids, Isabella 4 and Jackson 5 and they both love playing with Glodoodle. They love tracing each others faces through Glodoodle, drawing images or tracing pictures behind it. The toy provides hours of fun and is bright enough for them to play in the car.

I just got this for my 4 year old because he made a mess with some markers and crayons. As it turns out, the 6 & 8 year old are loving it. The see-thru feature is awesome, and this thing really lights-up. They love using it under the sheets in bed, but it also works pretty well in normal light. The creative play has been really good, and they’ve played with it non-stop and the batteries have lasted… the thing has survived the brutal play of 3 boys and they’ve been fighting over it. Would highly reco this product.

I had to get another one of the GloDoodles for my neighbors child for his bday as he is always at my home playing with my kids GloDoodle. I have three GloDoodles!

I teach first grade and the glodoodle is great as a “may-do” for my kids. They love playing with it and don’t realize that they are learning at the same time. In teaching my students to correctly write the letters in their names, this toy is invaluable! I can put their name card behind it and they can practice. I have also found the students enjoy using it to practice high frequency and spelling words. I would definitely recommend this product!

I brought this toy to my Sunday School kids and it was the most popular item. It was the first time I could hold all of their interest for more than 10 minutes!! I love this product and want to buy more for all my kids.

This is a great toy for independent play or for drawing and teaching. I got it for my neice since she would draw on any piece of paper she could get her hands on. She loves the bright colors and I love that there is always something to draw on. Its easy to take with us in the car or wherever and fascinates other kids (grownups too!).
I will definitely be giving this as a gift. Its easy, clean and green.
